Terms of Service
Effective date: 12 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1INAIwebsites, portals, APIs, dashboards, AI tools, data services, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by 1INAI ("we", "us", or "our"), based in New Zealand. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Our Services
1INAI provides AI and data intelligence tools across multiple product areas, including market dashboards, Solana meme-coin research, signal discovery, DeFi intelligence, forex workspaces, paper trading tools, AI chat, business automation, custom AI agents, admin tooling, APIs, alerts, data feeds, and related reporting.
Some features may be free, experimental, invite-only, in beta, or available only to approved users or paid customers. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including where required for security, reliability, commercial, legal, or operational reasons.
2. No Financial Advice
NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, TAX, LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. Signals, scores, rankings, alerts, AI responses, dashboards, market commentary, bot metrics, paper-trading results, and other outputs are provided for informational, research, and educational purposes only.
We do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, stake, lend, borrow, trade, or otherwise transact in any asset, token, currency, protocol, security, derivative, or financial product. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, research, risk assessment, tax position, legal compliance, and use of capital.
1INAI does not represent that it is a licensed Financial Advice Provider inNew Zealand. If you require regulated financial advice, you should speak with a qualified adviser who understands your objectives, financial position, and risk tolerance.
3. Trading and Market Risk
Digital assets, meme coins, DeFi protocols, forex markets, and related instruments are volatile and high risk. Prices can move quickly, liquidity may disappear, markets may be manipulated, and on-chain transactions may be delayed, reverted, exploited, front-run, or fail. You may lose some or all of any capital you deploy.
Past performance, historical data, win rates, backtests, simulated results, paper-trading outcomes, signal quality, or bot performance do not guarantee future results. Any displayed performance may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, affected by fees or slippage, or based on assumptions that do not match live market conditions.
4. AI Outputs and Automation
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must independently verify important information before relying on it. AI tools do not understand your full circumstances and should not be treated as professional advice, a guarantee, or a substitute for human judgment.
Automated systems, agents, alerts, and workflows may experience bugs, downtime, data gaps, delayed execution, misclassification, rate limits, provider outages, or unexpected behavior. You are responsible for monitoring your own use of automated features and for any decision you make based on their outputs.
5. Paper Trading and Simulations
Paper trading, simulated balances, sandbox trades, and test portfolios are for learning, product evaluation, and research only. They do not involve real customer capital unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Simulated results may differ materially from live trading because of liquidity, fees, slippage, latency, order routing, market impact, human behavior, and execution conditions. You should not treat paper-trading performance as a promise of live performance.
6. Bots, Wallets, and Customer Funds
Where we display bot trades, positions, balances, or performance, those records refer to the relevant 1INAI bot, test wallet, paper account, or internal account unless clearly stated otherwise. The Service does not custody your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information.
We do not trade with your funds unless you have entered into a separate written agreement that expressly authorises that arrangement. Connecting a wallet to the Service does not authorise us to move assets from that wallet. You remain responsible for safeguarding your wallet, approving transactions, and understanding the risks of any blockchain interaction.
7. Eligibility and Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service if doing so would breach any law, regulation, sanctions rule, exchange control, securities law, financial services law, consumer law, tax law, or other requirement that applies to you.
The Service is not available to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions, or to persons located in jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we believe legal, security, abuse, sanctions, or operational risk exists.
8. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account, email, passwords, multi-factor authentication, devices, API keys, wallets, and access credentials secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, other users, or our systems.
9. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments
Paid plans, subscriptions, API access, enterprise services, custom agents, support packages, and other commercial arrangements may be subject to additional written terms, order forms, usage limits, or pricing notices. If there is a conflict, the specific written commercial terms for that service will apply to that service.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may change pricing, plan inclusions, rate limits, or availability with reasonable notice where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that any paid business, API, fund, white-label, automation, or enterprise use is acquired for business purposes and that consumer guarantees may not apply.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
- use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump activity, or sanctions evasion;
- attempt to extract, copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or infer our proprietary models, scoring systems, prompts, source code, datasets, or platform logic;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service outputs without written permission;

11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, user interfaces, branding, designs, workflows, prompts, data transformations, scoring methods, models, agent configurations, generated insights, reports, documentation, and proprietary databases, is owned by 1INAI or its licensors. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Public blockchain data, public market data, and third-party data remain subject to their original ownership and availability. Our selection, enrichment, organisation, scoring, presentation, and analysis of that data are proprietary to 1INAI.
You may use Service outputs only for your own internal, lawful use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not use the Service or its outputs to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing service without our written permission.
12. Customer Content and Feedback
If you submit prompts, files, messages, requirements, feedback, business data, or other content to the Service, you grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or payment to you.
13. Third-Party Services and Data
The Service may rely on third-party data, infrastructure, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, DEXs, RPC providers, AI providers, analytics providers, payment processors, cloud providers, APIs, and other external services. Third-party services may be inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, discontinued, rate-limited, or subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for losses, errors, delays, outages, failed transactions, incorrect data, smart contract issues, wallet issues, or other problems caused by third-party services or public networks.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there, including through cloud, analytics, infrastructure, and AI service providers.
15. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, complete, current, or available in any specific location. We may perform maintenance, impose limits, or change how the Service operates.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for trading, investment, automation, or business use.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1INAI and its officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or economic loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, trading losses, investment losses, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of NZD $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1INAI and its officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay fees, violated law, or misused the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, the courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
